Set up the review
Tell reviewers who the design is for, where it will appear and which decisions are still open. Say whether you need feedback on the concept, the copy or the final details. Share the relevant version and identify it clearly.
Show the work in context
Present the design at a useful size and include the related pieces when consistency matters. A phone-sized preview can help someone judge a social design; a page sequence makes a brochure’s story easier to follow.
Ask for specific observations
Useful feedback points to a location and explains the effect: “The product name gets lost against the image” gives a clearer next step than “make it pop.” Separate factual corrections from preferences and larger changes in direction.
Close the loop
Collect the agreed changes in one place. Identify the person who will resolve conflicting feedback, and label the version selected for the next step. Before sharing the final piece, check links, dates, spelling and contact details one more time.
